Email not linked to website. Cant sign in

  I haven’t logged into my account for a couple months. Went to do updates from a new computer and for some reason I can’t log in (like I can’t pull up the login for my website). I connected it to my primary gmail account when I created the website and all of wordpresses email come to my gmail but when I try to log in with my email it keeps saying I don’t have a website and trying to get me to start a personal page. I logged into my Titan email to check and everything wordpress sent in there is also going to my gmail account so I don’t understand what is going on. My website is still live (I checked) how do I access its back end? Never had this problem before.
