  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.   What are you trying to download? I’m not quite clear on the question. Please share more details.

  timethief – were you able to see that email address? the formatting wasn’t typically what we see, so I removed it to be safe. I know you always add a tag for us with sensitive information but wanted to check on that.

  This email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) continues to spin and the individual cannot receive or be a follower from my site. What can be done?

  That user will need to contact us so that we can take a look at their account.

  It could very well be an issue with their browser though. Ask them to try a different browser or clear their cache + cookies.
