Email not recognised for activation

  I have paid for premium but do not get it e.g. no colour/fontcustomisation, no free domain. Also STORE does not show that I am premium

  receipt id 6197987 billed to GEORGE TAYLOR

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I also see that there is a PayPal reference 15G481527D3584733 which I do not understand because I have paid via mastercard

  When I try to reactivate my email is not recognised despite wordpress having sent an email there when I first registered.
