EMAIL NOT RECOGNIZED?

    I am unable to log in to my website through wordpress, it kept saying that there is no account with my email address. This is not correct, as I am still receiving update emails from wordpress and I can use the same email to log in through blue host. I have cleared cache and cookies on my computer as recommended on the website. What else can I do to solve this problem?

    What is the URL of the site in question?

    The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.

    If your site is with Bluehost, you’re using the open source WordPress.org software. That is not the same thing as WordPress.com, and your site has no connection to us in that case.

    The WordPress.com username you’re using to post here was created in May this year, but has never owned any sites with us.
