email not working

  Hi

  help please! My email is not working and I dont’t know where to begin or even if this is the right place to post.

  i want to send an email to contact@tomswinhoedrystonewalling and it work. how do i even log in to that account, is it gmail?

  @tomswinhoedrystonewalling The Google Apps upgrade was removed from your WordPress.com account on March 28th, so you can now manage it directly with Google.

  Once Google Apps was removed, Google sent an email to you with more details on managing the account with them. Can you search your email account for that email?

  thanks for replying so quickly. I cant find it, its possible I may have deleted it. i have a wordpress receipt for a google apps subsciption: £40 on April 1st. (so after the google apps upgrade was removed probably by me i bought it again, I’m sorry i don’t know what im doing)

  i dont know enough to work out what to ask next other than what now?

  Once the Google Apps upgrade is removed from an WordPress.com account, we currently cannot re-add it for the same domain. However, you can manage the account directly with Google.

  I issued a £40 refund for the second purchase and it should be in your account within a few days.
