Email not working

  Can’t send or receive.

  The domain is hosted by wordpress.com.

  There are no extra DNS records configured to support email, and we are not an email provider ourselves.

  I dont understand the answer.

  Do you know who the emailprovider is? Or a host for the domain? Besides wordpress.com of course.

  I’m afraid we do not have that information.
  The domain was registered elsewhere – you may contact your registrar directly about this. The registrar would be the company that bills you for the domain registration.
  If they also host your email, they should be able to give you the proper MX records to add on WordPress.com’s side so that everything works correctly.

  Is there an MX-Record in your end that could somehow tell me, where the emailservice is hosted?

  The MX records are directed to Google, so the email is likely through G Suite: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#MX/beautyclinique.dk

  Turns out she didn’t have email set up at the site.
