Hi there,
I see you’re using the contact form from the Jetpack plugin, but as your site is not hosted with us, we don’t have any access to your dashboard to check the form directly.
Can you tell me the email address your form is set to forward to? Type the email on its own line, and it will be hidden automatically so only forums staff can see it.
Are you receiving the contact form submissions in the Feedback section of the dashboard, or are they missing there as well? Are they perhaps under the Spam tab of the Feedback section?

I used that plug in as the contact form 7 wouldn’t work, I got an error message.
I can see the test emails in the Feedback section, yes.
My switched the email address in my profile to my private email so I wouldn’t miss any messages and when I tried to change it back, I am currently seeing this
If you change this, we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.

Just to confirm, the email address you gave here is the email address currently set for the contact form itself? The one specified in the block settings for the contact form block, as pictured here:
I ask as I checked our logs for that email, and we haven’t sent any emails at all to that address during the past week.
I can see the test emails in the Feedback section, yes.
So under the All tab, and not the Spam tab, correct?

What was the error? Perhaps that can provide a clue for why you’re not getting emails from the Jetpack form either.

The email in the block setting on the contact form was still on my private email, so I have changed that back to the email I gave you (my website) so it’s now the same as my profile email, sorry, I forgot to do that.
I ran another test and it’s still not working though.
Yes I can see them under Feedback under the All tab

Yes, that was the from field where I set up my website’s email
The error message popped up in a box when I tried to select the Form block, so I chose the Jetpack Contact Form plug in instead, which has loaded, but no emails are being sent

I want you to disable the Contact Form 7 plugin -just in case it causes any conflicts- and try again.
If you’re still unable to receive emails you’ll have to contact the Jetpack Support team directly in the Jetpack forums:

I had already deactivated the contact form 7 plug in since I got an error message and it wouldn’t load on the contact page.

For good measure, you may want to install this plugin here: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ whereby you can track if the website itself is firing out emails.
