Email not working

Our WordPress looks ok, the website is fine and there are no issues on the backend – but our email is down and no one can send/receive on the domain. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? What’s causing this problem?

Hi there!
I’m sorry to hear that! I checked your domain and noticed that you’ve set up a few email forwarding addresses. Because of that, previous DNS records connecting your domain to Google Workspace/G Suite were removed. It’s not possible to connect the same domain to multiple email services at the same time.
If you’d like to remove email forwarding and connect your domain to your existing Google Workspace/G Suite service, please follow the steps below:
- Go to this link → click the three dots next to the MX record for
Mail handled by WordPress.com email forwarding.and click Delete. - Next, follow the steps here to add the existing Google Workspace/G Suite account to your domain.
Within 72 hours of adding the DNS records from Google Workspace/G Suite, your email service will resume working.
