email not working after changing name servers

  Hi, I’ve recently changed my name servers to point to my new wordpress blog (www.mesturini-trading.com). Unfortunately my email accounts now don’t work. I’ve contacted my server and they tell me to change email A record so that it points to this IP address 116.0.23.226. Can you please help me on how to do this on the wordpress interface?
