Email not working after mapping domain

  Email not working after mapping domain. I contacted Bluehost, they gave me an ip address and told me to create a new mail record with it and point the record to mail.skindeepnaturals.com. There was nowhere to ad IP address when I created the new mx record and my email still isn’t working. can someone please help?

  What, exactly, have you tried and where in the process does it fail? What does the failure look like? Have you waited the 72 hours after domain mapping for the DNS to settle down?

  I added an MX record:
  mail.skindeepnaturals.com handled by wordpress.com with priority 0

  and an A record:
  mail.skindeepnaturals.com points to (IP address)

  It has not been 72 hours. I didn’t realize that I would be losing email for 72 hours with mapping?
