Can someone help as I am on a paid plan and haven’t had emails since I renewed ( a week ago). There is no human help and the AI service is pathetic. Can I please get a human to speak to. The service from Word press is now pathetic and no phone number to call. Disgraceful

From what I see, the name servers for melf.com.au are pointing to another host, but you are pointing the domain to WordPress.com using IPs (also known as A records).
In cases like this where your name servers are pointing elsewhere, you’ll need to ensure that your email DNS records are set there as well.
