Email not working from crazy domains

  Hi all

  I’ve been told by my email provider crazy domains to do the following because my emails for (email visible only to moderators and staff) aren’t working.

  For your email to work, kindly contact your hosting provider (WordPress) and ask them to update the MX and CNAME record. The MX Record and CNAME Record for mail should be pointing to mail.au.syrahost.com

  Can someone please help as to how I can do this?
