email not working in outlook

    My domain and email account are through Network Solutions. The email is working fine on their end. When I set it up in Outlook, I get an error message re: the test email it wants to send out. it’s a 503 error and asks me to authenticate my email account. I’m totally lost, and this after spending 6 hours on making a simple url change. Please help. The email account in question is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Since it does not work, please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you.

    I’ve checked your domains DNS settings and they appear to be correct.
