Email not working removing dead linked page

  All of a sudden, emails aren’t coming into our inbox, but they’re being rerouted to one of the forwarding recipients. The email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please advise.
  Also, my colleague found a dead link: http://nvcnextgen.org/2015/11/13/93/
  How do I remove this? Thank you, Stephanie
