email notification

  I am not getting email notificiation from wordpress at all i think they are endind up in spam folder hot do i stop that.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Will you please confirm that you have the following set up correctly?
  The email address you used when registering your WordPress.com account is listed in
  the Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page, or
  Users -> Personal Settings in your dashboard

  Click the Manage Delivery Settings link http://wordpress.com/#!/read/subsettings/ in your reader to confirm your default email delivery methods for all the blogs you follow.
