Email notification

  Hello,
  I get an email notification every time someone I am following posts and entry on their page. I’d like to adjust this so I don’t get those notifications as I read other peoples posts using my reader when I have the time, notifications simply clog my email inbox.
  I still want to get email notification if people comment or like things on my page though.
  Is there an easy way to adjust this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure! You can do this by going here:

  http://wordpress.com/following/edit/

  Please click on edit next to the blog you want to change the delivery settings for. “Where it says Send new posts by email:” select Off. You can also turn the “Send new comments by email:” Off as well if you turned it on.

  In addition, you can change the Default Delivery Setting here:

  https://wordpress.com/settings/subs-delivery/
