Email notification

  WordPress isn’t sending me an email notification so I can verify my account and get posting. I’ve change my email address, and retried sending the notification several times. What shall I do?

  Hello!

  Please go through the troubleshooting Gmail issues steps:

  Gmail Issues

  If even after you went through the whole article and checked everything, you still don’t receive the verification email, it might be needed to ping the staff to take a look. Just add a modlook tag at the Tags section of this thread and one of the Happiness Engineers will respond.

  I am having the same issue. I received an email to reset my password without a problem but cannot receive an email to verify my account. I am using a sky email address not Gmail.

  I’ve thoroughly searched my gmail account using the tools you’ve suggested, and I have used a different email address but the notification still does not come through.

  I’m not sure whether the issue is because I have access to another blog called Flash Frontier but I am not the operator of that blog.

  Hi there,

  The problem here is that both of your accounts were created several months ago and there is a bug that’s preventing people from verifying accounts like that at a later stage.

  The good news is we can do this manually. I have sent you each an email to help with that. Please reply to that email and I can activate your accounts for you.
