email notification

  Everytime i am creating a video post, i receive an email that my post been publish. The email reads congratulation your (https:mywebsite only an example) been publish, which is not true, i am still creating the post. is there’s a way to disable notification for that? I installed Jetpack and i have disable email notification with zero success .
