Email notification from blogs I am following

  I no longer get email alerts when there is a new post on any blog which I am following, nor from any such blog where I have made a comment and checked the box for notification of further comments. I have checked my email spam folder and they are not being routed there, so I conclude that there is some glitch at WordPress.

  It occurs to me I have no way of knowing if I’ll even receive notification if this query gets a comment!

  Can anyone help?

  By the way, now I come to mention it, I’m not sure if I’m getting all the notifications when someone comments on MY blog either. I have gone through all the ‘settings’ checks.

  Belay my request. It’s not a WordPress glitch. Gmail was doing something new/weird.

  I have stopped getting all email notifications for the past week. I am not using gmail but yahoo. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

  I don’t have much experience of yahoo. Have you checked your spam folder? Has yahoo changed in any way lately?
