Email notification sent to Users

  Hello,

  I have set up a blog site on a football pool I am running. On my site, I have created a form “Submit Your Weekly Pick(s).” When users submit this form, is there any way an email notification can be sent to their email address, as well as my own? Basically would like the same email I get, to be sent to their email address as a verification their form was sent.
