Email notification to Editor

    Hi,
We have a private blog that works as our company’s in-house knowledgebase. Myself and one other employee should receive an email notification when someone uses posts-via-email. We then approve what is posted/publish the content. The employee recently changed and for the life of me, I can’t get the new employee to receive the email notifications when we have a new post. I’m receiving them correctly and I have her user name selected and her email added in the “Additional emails” section in the Email Post Notifications Thanks for your help, Julianne

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

ps – the blog address listed is incorrect. The questions applies to our private blog.

    Hi there, Andrew,

I wanted to confirm that your contributors are using the Pending Review setting as seen here:

Also, the secondary editor should be given Administrator status, if you want him/her to receive notifications of these pending posts.

Give that a try and let me know how it works out for you. Thanks so much!

    Hi,
They’re using the Post by Email email address, so they aren’t actually in the blog to select Pending Review.

    Hi again, Andrew,

All right, that helps with my testing. I’m going to send you an email at your administrative account. I need to discuss specific account-related information.

    Thanks so much!
