Email notification to Followers

  Hi,

  When I update a blog my followers are getting the whole article as an email. I would just like them to get an excerpt so they would want to open my blog and read more. Is there a way I can fix that?

  Also, when my followers are trying to like a post it asks them to log in. Is there a way that they can like my post without registering for wordpress?

  You can change this by going to your WP Admin Dashboard> Settings> Reading and then changing “For each article in a feed” to Summary. Remember to save your settings.

  Is there a way that they can like my post without registering for wordpress?

  “Likes” are a feature available only to registered and logged in WordPressdotcom users as their Gravatar appears next to the Like.
