  I have set up a new account but it has been hours and I still have not been sent a confirmation email. What do I do now?

  Hi Laura,

  I noticed you’re using Gmail. Could you check the spam folders and also the Social tab?

  I see your user account as already activated, with 2 factor authentication turned on, and access not yet granted to the VIP site. Could you help me figure out with you where the issue is?

  * When you go to wordpress.com and log in, are you able to?
  * Do you get an error message or a prompt to enter a 2 factor verification code from your mobile device?
  * If you’re able to log into WordPress.com with no issues, is it the VIP site invitation you’re missing?

  If you are receiving an error message, could you let me know the URL of the page and what the exact wording is?

  Looks like Meagan resent the invitation, which went to your gmail. Please check the spam folders and the Social tab.

  The email address it is going to is listed here:
  https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

  Hi Laura,

  When you get a chance, let me know if you have access to kfor.com now. I was able to override activation needs since Meagan is an admin on the site and obviously wants you on there. :)
