Email notifications
-
Good afternoon. Two people have specifically complained to me that they do not get email notifications when I post a new article on my site. They both administrate wordpress blogs. One of them did receive my notifications until the first time she logged on to her own site. And now I have noticed that I don’t get notifications from hers, either. I would appreciate help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In order to help you actual usernames and actual site URLs are required.
Assuming you are referring only to wordpress.COM username accounts and sites hosted by wordpress.COM and not to wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, read on.
Followers manage their own subscriptions and specify the frequency of receipt of posts from sites they follow.
See what Staff said here please:
Ask them to click the “manage subscriptions” link at the bottom of one of the old emails. Then on the webpage that appears, click on “settings” and make sure that “block all emails from WordPress.com” is not checked. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/email-to-my-followers-stopped?replies=5#post-2552242
Other checks your followers can make include:
looking in their email client spam filters;
and, if they use gmail or google apps they can consult these guides:

@colleenshinephillips if you’ll give us the addresses for the people who aren’t getting notifications, I’ll check their settings.
