  There were no emails sent out to notify followers and email subscribers about new post. How can I ensure followers and subscribers receive notification of new post?

  Are you able to provide the email addresses who have not received these updates?

  We’ll look to see if there’s any common denominators available to help see what could be happening there.

  Hi there,

  We’ve just been updated by our team, email notifications should go out now without issue. For any notifications that were missed over the weekend (when the issue seems to have started) we are looking into re-sending those, but for any new posts you publish your subscribers will be notified as usual.
