email notifications

  People who sign up for my blog are not getting notifications when I have posted a new entry. I have also signed up for blogs, and never receive any notifications.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. First possibility: if you’re using Gmail those emails might be landing in the Spam folder or the Social tab of the inbox, so please check there.

  What exactly do you mean with “sign up for blogs”? Depending on your settings, clicking the follow button on blogs don’t necessarily mean you’re signed up for email notifications.

  Go to the WordPress.com home page and click on Edit next to ‘Blogs I follow’. On any blog listed there, click on the Edit link and you’ll have the option to select whether or not you want email notifications and how often you want to receive them.
