  How do people following my blog change their settings so they receive updates instantly through their email account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are they wordpress.com users who have blocked notifications? If your answer is yes, to allow notifications to be sent they have to got to their account’s notification settings on this page: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications. Then they need to uncheck the box at the bottom that says “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com”.
