email notifications about comments

  I’m not getting notifications about comments that visitors leave on my blog posts at http://www.dianastevan.com/writing-blog/

  I have the notifications ticked properly and I am the author of the posts.

  I’ve checked with Bluehost, my server, and also with my internet email provider. Everything seems to be working well at their ends. What could be wrong?
