email notifications about email subscribers

  For some reason I’ve only ever had one email notification telling me that someone had subscribed to my blog via email, and it turns out lots of people have and I had no idea. And there’s nothing about email subscriptions on the Help forums, so I thought I’d add this because I can’t be the only person who’d like to be notified about email subscribers.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
