email notifications and other problems

Hi. I am new to wordpress and already I have developed some minor problems. First, I put two friends on my page. Whenever I get a message that my second friend has new pictures, it come under the heading of my first friend, which is kind of strange. Does this mean that my first friend brianjamesfreeman, is getting the same message from my 2nd friend, Liew Chi Khong? I am confused. Secondly, I can’t find the dashboard link for my page. I cannot access the user feature.
I am still trying to learn with your help feature, but right now, I can’t even send an invitation to others to join my sight. I need help. Thanks, Mike Limon P.S I love your sight, I should have joined earlier!
