Email notifications did not go out today

  My email notifications did not go out today? Was there a problem with the site. I know that I need to ping or open up the newly posted page in order for this to happen.
  Post went out as usual at 6 am
  I opened via iPhone
  I opened via iPad
  I opened via Computer
  I re-published & accessed via computer
  I accessed via another persons computer
  Still no notification….. what happened:
