Email notifications don't come through on some email adresses

    I’m using a wordpress blog for our soccer team. People are very satisfied with it but some followers don’t receive any email notifications anymore. First ,they received them but suddenly email notifications stopped coming in their mailbox. I asked the people involved to check their email settings and also check their spam folder.
    I tried to remove their email adres and send a new request to follow but the issue still occurs.

    For example : Frank.van.de.Wouwer@….. should have received this post : http://wp.me/p4wFle-7A

    Hi Tom,

    Have they checked their settings for email notifications? Unfortunately you nor I can do this for them. Have them check their Blogs you Follow email notifications by going here:

    http://wordpress.com/following/edit/

    In addition, have them check their Delivery Settings here to make sure they are not blocking emails from WordPress.com:

    https://wordpress.com/settings/subs-delivery/

    If they are email subscribers, have them check their settings here:

    Status

    If everything looks good and they still aren’t receiving emails can you provide me their email addresses and I can look through our logs. Please note that our system will remove their emails from this thread as it’s public. Only staff like myself will be able to see it.
