Email notifications from my thread are coming through blank

  I have a couple questions being handled through support for the domain http://www.mynameisjamie.net .
  In my email inbox there are a number of responses but I can’t read anything because they are blank. If anyone answers this I won’t be able to read it either. How can I get to my answers?? I am so frustrated trying to take care of my problem. I have now eliminated notifying me of follow up posts by email

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble. I hope you’re able to read my response. Can you let me know a bit more about how you’re accessing your email? Are you using your web browser to access Gmail or are you using a third-party app?

  I just saw this. Where on this sure can you get to the answers? Where are your subscriptions? as to the mail, I have email set up on my nook, and through my phone, but I rarely use my phone. I didn’t try through our main computer. That’s not where I use my gmail acct. I have a different address there. I use my nook for everything.

  Are you referring to where you can get answers on this individual thread our across all of WordPress.com? If you have additional questions, feel free to reply back with them here!

  Are you still receiving blank email notifications or has that issue been resolved? If you’re still receiving them blank on your Nook, could you try your desktop? That will help us determine whether this is a device issue or something larger.

  Thanks @kokkieh – I’m going to try to keep this to private email as it seems that type of correspondence is not coming through blank.
