Email notifications to followers

Hello. When I post a new blog, I would like WordPress to email my followers a link to the blog, rather than sending them the full text by email. Can I change this setting?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can adjust your site’s reading settings so that a post summary is sent out rather than the full post content.

There is no way you can customize the Email which goes out from JetPack when a Post is Published, the whole post is sent out.
The users can opt to not receive email and just read them in reader, to know more look into this document, https://en.support.wordpress.com/subscriptions-and-newsletters/
Also, they can change the setting using Reader https://en.support.wordpress.com/reader/#troubleshootingHope this helps too, let us know for any further information..!

@pavanraheja, please see the reply above yours. Site owners can control whether the email contains full text or only a summary.
This can also be controlled on a per-post basis by adding the More-tag into a post.

The OP also indicated they need help with a WordPress.com site, not a Jetpack-connected site, though the same setting is also respected by Jepack notification emails.

@Kokkieh : Thanks for the inputs, surely missed out the use of the More Tag and excerpts in the Email as well, sure Jetpack am aware of totally this is WordPress.com as you mentioned, that the same setting is also respected by Jetpack notification email for WordPress.com.
