Email Notifications When There is a New Post

  I have a free wordpress.com site set to private. I’ve invited some users. Which settings do I need to tell the users to set to make sure that they receive an email notification whenever there is a new post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  They should follow your blog as described here:
  Following Blogs

  They’ll have the option of subscribing in the WordPress.com reader, and/or receiving immediate, daily, or weekly emails.
