Email of new post (319) — error–goes out to my subscribers

  All my new subscribers just got an email that a new post (titled 319) was up … but it’s not attached to any page,
  and there’s NO post like that on my Post page.
  I’m really upset and hope this doesn’t happen again … what do i do??

  The only thing I added was a vodpod video to a current post — could that have done it??

  Yes, probably, if you installed a VodPod add-on on your browser, for example.
