email password

    Hallo,
    i have a problem with changing an email password at the domain management. “An error occured while trying to process your request. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.”
    I registered a domain igeinmi.com with a mailbox (email visible only to moderators and staff) but can’t open my mailbox using my wordpress password. Thought changing it could solve the trouble, but i can’t.

    Can you please walk me through where and how you did this? Generally, our only two email options are:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

    and

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/

    So I am a little unsure to what you are referring.

    Hi, thanks a lot for your reply a sorry for the trouble.
    I registered the domain and created an email which i see in the domain management. But i can’t log in my emailbox.
    Google support told me “I verified your account, and I do see that you purchased the account through a reseller which helped you to create your user (email visible only to moderators and staff), and set the all the features in Google Apps for Work.
    In order to start using the account you just need to log in to your account in the following link:
    https://admin.google.com
    for your username enter (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the password you created or that the reseller provided you.”
    As i didn’t create any news passwords for the new mailbox and can’t log in using my wordpress password, i thought that changing it might help… But it doesn’t work. Could you please help me?

    Hi,
    i got an reply from google support “I was verifying your account information and I noticed that the person who resold you the account “reseller.goog.automattic.net” did not give you the permissions as an Administrator.
    Unfortunately the password recovery option will not work since you do not have the Administrator role for the account per say, so the only solution in this case will be for you to contact the reseller “reseller.goog.automattic.net”, for him or her to reset the password and provide you with an Administrator role, so that in future cases you can reset the password directly without having to depend on him or her.”

    How can that be, that i bought the account, but i’m not an administrator? Could you please kindly solve this trouble?
