Email Post Notification Options?

  Is there an option (or options) to not send the total post (instead a ‘teaser’ post with a single image and the first few sentences of the post) to all of the blog subscribers? I’ve gone through the settings options and have not found anything. Am I missing something? Or is this just not an option at wordpress.com?

  You can set your RSS Feed to “summary” length on this page > Settings > Reading. Do note that only some email clients will display images and videos, other do not.
