  I’m trying to set up my blog to were once I publish the blog I can email it to people.

  Hi, you can set up email subscriptions. Whenever you publish a post it will be emailed to your subscribers.

  When you are creating a blog post or page, click on the “text” tab as shown in this image: https://i0.wp.com/en.support.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/screen-shot-2013-10-29-at-4-07-45-pm.png

  Then copy and paste this code into the body of the post or page:

  [blog_subscription_form]

  Click publish. That’s all you need to do. It will display an email subscription form. You can also post the code into the sidebar text widget if you want the sign up form to appear on your sidebar.
