email posts to authors

  how can I enbsure all new posts are emailed to all authors and administrators?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there,

  If you are referring to published posts, you need to request that all your authors and administrators are following your site. They should opt to follow your site by email, so they get those notifications.

  If they’re not sure how to subscribe, or adjust their settings, give them this link:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  If you want to notify these members of your site about draft posts BEFORE you publish, you can use the Request Feedback feature that you’ll find in your post editor in the Classic version of our dashboard:
