  I wish to cancel Professional Email purchase before the deadline. My email free trial does not show up under Purchases so I cannot cancel it there.

  I don’t see any paid subscription associated with your WordPress.com accounts.
  Do you remember if you have multiple WordPress.com accounts?
  If yes, you should be able to find that purchase in your account billing history: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#cancel-a-purchase
