Email RE charges for renewal

  Hi–I received an email that I’d be charged for auto-renewal, but when I followed the link to my account, there was no info about this (and no way to cancel). Please help me cancel auto-renewal for my account! Thanks.

  In that email, there should be reference of which site is involved with the renewal. Can you share that bit of information with me here?

  This way I can locate the proper account where you can find the desired information.

  The account that you’ve used here to sign in with does not have any upgrades associated with it.
