Email re-routing not working

I have received feedback from users that my web email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) produces a failure (not sure what message). As a work around, users are using my contact form, which works, but I would like to know why the direct email is not forwarding to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email account as it was set up to do. Any ideas on why/how to troubleshoot this?

Hi @jennykanevsky – It looks like you have a custom email address setup through “rapidsite”. You can see this under Store -> My Domains -> Edit Domain -> Edit DNS from your Dashboard. You’ll see two “MX” records, which are specific records designed to help a third-party email address work.
It sounds like you wanted to setup email forwarding (more here) through WordPress.com instead. Is that correct? If so, I can help you remove the extra MX records and get this working again!
