  I received the following message.

  What I want to keep is my recently registered domain name “hansjanssenenpartners.com”. The domain “hansnewratio.com” will not be renewed.

  I want to keep my “blog hansjanssenenpartnes” om my domain/site “hansjanssenenpartners”.

  So, I do not exactly know what you mean by “the domain upgrade on hansjanssenpartners has expired?” I registered this in October 2014 for a year.

  Hansjansseenparters is new since October. Hansnewratio is old en does not need to be renwed.

  Maybe I missed something. Please clarify.

  I understand you would like to cancel your custom domain: hansnewratio.com, but please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.

  Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

  You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:

  Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.

  Once we cancel this domain/transfer it the expiration notice will be removed and your site will be viewable at: hansjanssenenpartners.com.

  I do not need the the domain newratio.com anymore.

  I want to continue using my blog on my website http://www.hansjanssenenpartners.com

  Can you arrange this. I cannot blog now and my website http://www.hansjanssenenpartners.com is not accessible, which is a big problem.
