Hello,
If you have a WordPress.com plan, you’ll have access to priority Live Chat support. If you’re not a subscriber yet, you can find out more about available plans for your site here.
One of the Happiness Engineers can answer any questions that you have about WordPress.com, how it works, and how best to use it.
Chat is currently available 24 hours a day, five days a week for customers with Personal and Premium plans. Weekend support is also available with the WordPress.com Business plan. At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.
On rare occasions, Live Chat support is also subject to closure or limited hours during our company meetings.
How to access the chat?
When you are logged into WordPress.com, click on the blue and white ‘?’ icon in the lower right corner to access all of our Help resources. Then, click the ‘Contact Us’ button. Enter your question in the box under “How can we help?” and then press “Chat with us” to begin the chat session. For more information please see here.
I hope you find this helpful, please feel free to reply here in case you have any further queries,
Regards,

Hi there,
The account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com, so the email you received was not for this account.
I see you’ve since deleted this account. Please reply to the account closure email we sent you if you still need help with this.
@patilswapnilv, in future, please tag threads regarding renewal issues for staff. Thewpcomhelptag in the sidebar means the OP created this thread via the contact form, and thus referring them to the contact form to contact staff is not helpful, as it will just direct them back to the forums again.
