    Hi Sanjib,

    I checked your account records and found that the domain expired a long time ago, so it was removed from our end. You still have the site at beautypetspacom.wordpress.com, but it’s on the free plan.

    The good news is the domain is now available for registration. So the best course of action is to upgrade to a yearly WordPress.com Personal plan (so you get the first year’s domain registration free) and then register the domain again. Please upgrade using the link below:
