EMAIL RETRIEVAL

    Hello Team,

Our domain name was purchased through WordPress.
We currently misplaced the login details of our superior administrator for our mailing services.
How do we retrieve it from the DNS provider since WordPress purchased the domain name on our behalf?

I will be grateful if we can resolve this quickly.

    Thank you

    Hi there!

Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    Thank you!

  • Hello there,

This domain is no longer registered with WordPress.com.

The domain DNS is set to:

    asa.ns.cloudflare.com
    mcgrory.ns.cloudflare.com

For help editing those DNS settings, you would need to login to Cloudflare.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello,

Thank you for providing those details.
Apparently, the link gives me an ERROR anytime I click.
<“This site can’t provide a secure connectionasa.ns.cloudflare.com uses an unsupported protocol.
    ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH”>

    IS THERE A WAY OUT?

Also, the Cloudflare login details were not provided to us, since WordPress acted on our behalf in purchasing the domain.

It is possible to provide us with the Login Details so we can edit the DNS settings and if possible renew our subscription.

    Thank you

    Hello,

In a nutshell, how do we renew our subscription for our domain ‘foe-ghana.org’ in order to get the website running?

    Thank you.

  • Hi there,

Sadly, Cloudflare DNS servers are “private” and don’t allow us to see what host they are associated with. However, according to the DNS history for the domain, I can see it was pointing traffic to a company called “Namebright” as recently as a few months ago. Then it was switched to the current Cloudflare DNS settings as you can see here:

With this in mind, I would recommend contacting that provider to see if you have an account with them. It can be the case that you may have enabled cloudflare DNS through your host without realizing it, and you are still hosted with the same provider. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
