Email saying I’m auto renewed after turning it off

  I moved my site away from wordpress.com to my own servers, and after months of WordPress.com hounding me that auto renew wasn’t on, it autonewed by itself!

  The renew isn’t showing on my billing/purchase/subscription history, so I have no idea why I have received this email and need it refund me and stop altogether. So unhappy.

  I have checked your account and do not see any paid subscriptions associated with the WordPress.com account. If you have another account, can you try contacting us from there?

  I see that you have cancelled the Business plan and have been issued a refund.

  Are you looking to delete your site as well? If so, please make sure to remove any paid subscriptions linked to your site before you proceed with deletion.
