Email sending issue

    Hi folks,

    Have had a rake around seems folks have had similar issues. Purchased domain and email from crazy domain, set up website through WordPress.

    I’m not the best with this technical stuff, but thought I had managed to transfer across the domain correctly as the web URL was working ok. However I found when I logged into crazy domains to access my email and send to a client, that I was able to send an email but not receive any back, from anyone. Was advised the a record and mx record were the issue so I added them with the IP address I was given, but still nothing at all!! Same position, can still send but not receive.

    Anyone any ideas? Can screenshot things if that’d be easier to see and workout?
