Email sendouts from my blog show no photos and have abridged text.

  Hello, The past two emails featuring my latest blog posts had no photos included (other than a thumbnail) and had shortened text (the entire blog post was unavailable unless you clicked on Read More). This has not happened before in the six weeks since I started blogging with WP. Can you please provide information on how I can fix this so that all my photos show up (NOT in thumbnail size) and with the entire text included in the blog post. Thank you.

  Hi Elena,

  That’s happening because of your blog’s Reading Settings (under Settings > Reading in the site’s dashboard).

  The setting For each article in a feed, show is set to “Summary,” which means that your blog only sends out a summary of your posts instead of the full post and photos. You can change that setting to “Full text” instead and it will send out the full text of your posts.

  Thanks, Rachel, I didn’t realize that it applied to my emails… Hopefully that will put all things right again.
